Hi Steve, thanks for your time and knowledge on Saturday, didn’t expect to see my mug on screen so soon, I’m sure my boss will apreciate the mention though.

Very good episode.
We tried some Tecuamburro coffee on a trip to Guatemala in 1999, we stayed at a beach resort and were offered our choice of premium blends from miraflores, I remember it was quite spicy, lovely brown roast.

Cheers

Hi Stephen,

Got the shipment here in Kalamazoo Michigan on Wednesday – YES there really is a Kalamazoo!

The Frosty came on Monday – I really enjoyed it as a Latte.

The Guatemala was smooth and buttery. It left a nice little aftertaste that I enjoyed all the way into work.

As it cools I can pick up the brown sugar especially in the wet aroma.

Tried the chicken in a french press and the mouthfeel is just incredible. The sweetness is also very much there brewed in this fashion.

Got the Frosty saturday and I got one word: WOW. That is a serious espresso blend. I’ve been drinking Machacamarca as an SO espresso, but this just stepped up the game. Must… order… more…

Smooth Smooth Smooth.

Great taste experience and following on from Frosty this has been a bumper 2 weeks for IMM.

Can’t remember what life was like before Has Bean!

Definitely agree with Keith – once you’ve got IMMed, there’s no going back :)

Also agree with Lars about the mouthfeel and sweetness in the Tecaumburro. Really enjoyed it in all the methods.
